What is your cancellation / no-show policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, it helps us accommodate others who may be waiting for an appointment.

For no-shows or late cancellations, we may apply a small fee to help us value the time of our dedicated hard-working staff

However, when appointments are repeatedly missed without notice, it impacts our ability to serve others who are eagerly waiting. For repeat no-shows, we kindly request prepayment for future bookings to ensure your spot is secured.
