What is your cancellation / no-show policy?We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, it helps us accommodate others who may be waiting for an appointment. For no-shows or late cancellations, we may apply a small fee to help us value the time of our dedicated hard-working staff However, when appointments are repeatedly missed without notice, it impacts our ability to serve others who are eagerly waiting. For repeat no-shows, we kindly request prepayment for future bookings to ensure your spot is secured. Do you offer services for men, children, senior citizens?Yes, we provide experiences for all ages, genders, etc All those listed in our experience menu cater to both men and women. Children have a separate experience menu listed on our website with special rates and recommended timings so that we give each child ample time to ensure their salon experience is memorable and not a harrowing experience. Our packages are tailored to your needs, group size, and budget. For instance, bridal packages include pre-wedding skin and hair care based on an initial assessment. As the big day approaches, we coordinate makeup, hairstyles, nails, and more, considering your ceremonies, attire, jewelry, décor, and location. What payment methods do you accept?We accept all forms of legal tender - Credit/Debit cards, UPI payments and Cash. However, we do recommend digital forms of payment given that this is the quickest and most convenient for of transaction. For those paying in cash, please note that we may not always have exact change. In the event this is the case, please note that we will charge a rounded-up amount to the nearest 10s and the difference will be credited into your Vanity Fayre profile to be leveraged on your next visit. Why are you charging me 2% for my card transaction?Transaction fees for credit card payments are standard charges set by payment processors and banks for handling electronic transactions. To ensure transparency, we pass these fees directly without any additional markup. We appreciate your understanding as these fees allow us to continue offering convenient payment options for our clients.

Why are you rounding up the value and then charging me?This is typically done for cash payments where availability of change is limited. We round up to the nearest 10s. Please be assured that the difference between the actual amount and rounded up amount will be credited as salon credit. One that you can avail on your next / subsequent visit

Is tipping required?Tipping is not mandatory, but it is always appreciated as a kind gesture to show gratitude for excellent service. It allows you to recognize the hard work and dedication of your stylist or therapist.

How much should I tip?The amount is entirely up to you, but a common guideline is 10-20% of the service cost. Of course, any tip is valued and reflects your appreciation.

Should I give the tip directly to the professional?If you choose to tip for your experience during your visit, we kindly recommend informing the front desk of the tip amount during billing and specifying the professional(s) you wish to tip. This allows us to distribute the amount fairly and ensure it reaches the intended team members. In cases where no specific instructions are provided, the tip amount will be shared among the professionals who assisted you, in proportion to the value of the services they rendered. Please rest assured that 100% of your tip goes directly to the professionals who served you. Neither the front desk nor management retains any portion of it.
